Sol y Sombra Welcomes New Head Chef Gorka Arrieta
Passionate about Spanish and Irish cuisine, Gorka has lived in Ireland for the past 20 years, working with local Kerry seasonal produce with a Spanish twist.
Last year Gorka participated in the world tapas competition representing Ireland in the Miniature Pintxo Congress, he and is currently organizing the first All Ireland Tapas Competition taking place from April 8-10th at IT Tralee.
Gorka is also a chef for his own pop up business called Sua Basque Fusion by Gorka, doing events all over Ireland and Spain
