Gabi Bakes Cakes is a bespoke wedding and celebration cake company located in Killorglin, County Kerry. The owner, Gabi, approached me with a request to re-brand their business, which included a new logo, color scheme, and website.
The re-branding efforts were aimed at creating a noticeable and memorable brand that retained a personal touch by incorporating the owner’s name, while also infusing a modern twist. The new logo and color scheme were designed to be versatile and scalable to ensure the brand’s visibility in all sizes.
The website was designed to reflect the new brand identity and also included a new store where customers can order cakes and postable brownies. The drip cake product, which offers over 900 variations in color and flavor, was visually showcased through photographs for each variation. I supplied all of the content for the website, including a variation of all of the baked products that are sold on the site.
The successful re-brand and website launch prompted Gabi to request more product and on-location photography for use on the website and social media. These photographs have helped to enhance the overall user experience and showcase the beauty and quality of the products offered by Gabi Bakes Cakes.
