When we first met Laura and Dara, and we knew right then that their wedding would be a special day. From the intimate ceremony adorned with wedding wild flowers flowing down from the stained glass windows above the alter, right through the late night dancing with their band that came all the way from Paris for their special day.
Laura and Dara chose some spectacular choices for their decor, from unique place names and table favours to the wonderful wedding wild flowers that accented the venue beautifully. Surrounded by their closest friends and family they sat down to their wedding meal which started with a selection of tapas starters, followed by a choice of Rack of Kerry Spring Lamb or Roast Fillet of Seabass. For dessert the couple chose one of our personal favourites, Torrijas con Ribaro a Traditional Spanish Fried Cinnamon Brioche with Rhubarb & Dingle Gin Compote. Their day was completely unique, and we were so happy to be apart of it.
