On a beautiful Friday in May Jessica and Vincent tied the knot in Sol y Sombra, surrounded by their friends and family. It was an intimate ceremony performed by Helen O’Sullivan of Spiritual Celebrants that incorporated lots of little touches to make the ceremony so personal for the Bride and Groom.
After the ceremony the guests retired to Nicks Restaurant for a few drinks and indulged is some John Doughs Doughnuts before returning to Sol y Sombra for the reception. With Vincent being a sheep farmer, naturally lamb was on the menu as well as a scrumptious salmon dish.
After dinner Deuces Wild took over and had the dance floor absolutely packed for the night!
