The team of chefs collaborating to deliver this fabulous 10-course Tapas and Pintxo dining experience are:

- Robert Curley (Slemish Market Supper Club),
- Oyvind Boe Dalelv (World Pintxo Champion)
- Chad Byrne (Chef Collab & Head Chef at the Brehon Hotel)
In addition to the array of exquisite dishes, Leslie Williams, Wine Critic for the Irish Examiner, has carefully chosen and will present 6 Spanish wines to be paired with the dishes presented by this creative team of chefs.
The evening will kick off at 7pm. Tickets are €50 for Tasting Menu & Wines.
